Packages Have All Shipped Out!
We're excited to announce that fulfillment for The Little Mermaid & The Pirate Queen #1 is officially wrapped!
Tracking URLs were automatically shared via BackerKit with all backers and the last round of packages were just dropped with USPS and should show activity in their tracking in the next few hours.
If anyone hasn't received their package or tracking link in the next day or two, feel free to DM or email ([email protected]) us to get it sorted.
Thank you all so much for supporting this campaign. It has been, without a doubt, our most ambitious Kickstarter to date. Managing a SFW and a NSFW version of the book brought new challenges at every turn (writing, art, printing, fulfilling), but in the end it was so worth it to put out such a cool and unique book!
We can only hope that you enjoy The Little Mermaid & The Pirate Queen #1 as much as we do!
What's next for the series?!
We're already hard at work on The Little Mermaid & The Pirate Queen #2! The script is fully locked down and Inks are wrapped for about a third of the book already.
As you can see, it's already looking SO COOL!
One lesson we learned from the first issue of the series is that we want to have the majority of the book complete before launching the Kickstarter for our next issue (to account for inevitable complications and delays in production/fulfillment of this complicated book).
So while we don't have a launch date for this campaign quite yet, we're estimating TLMATPQ #2 will hit Kickstarter in mid-2026. And when it does, the book will be pretty close to complete to ensure a quicker turnaround from campaign to fulfillment!

Packages are going out the door!
As promised in our previous Update, we began fulfilling physical packages for this campaign as soon as we got the books on hand! As of this writing, we're just under halfway through all packages.
If you haven't yet received your Tracking Number, don't worry! It should come your way in the next few weeks. With over 1,700 backers, there are a lot of packages to ship out. But we're moving at a steady pace and should have everything sent out in the coming weeks.
We'll be sure to post another Project Update when fulfillment is wrapped. Until then, thanks for your patience and support!

Locking Addresses
Last night, we initiated the process of "Locking Addresses" on BackerKit, meaning you had 48 hours from the locking time to update your shipping address before it's locked down for fulfillment.
Please be sure to update your address ASAP if you need to do so. If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out to us directly.
The Physical "The Little Mermaid & The Pirate Queen" books have shipped from our printer and are scheduled to arrive to us today or tomorrow!
We plan to begin fulfillment as soon as we have the books on-hand, so expect your tracking numbers and packages to trickle in over the coming weeks. This is a large campaign with a lot of shipments, so please bear with us as we make our way through it all to get packages into your hands.
We're so excited to hold this amazing book in our hands! And we hope that you're just as excited as we are!

Please allow a little time for your digital rewards to be sent as they require manually locking of your BackerKit Order (which we're doing every couple of minutes throughout the day).

Super quick update!
Art for The Little Mermaid & The Pirate Queen #1 is officially wrapped! We're in the last stages of lettering (final corrections) and should have the book locked down by early next week.
We're in the process of putting together BackerKit Surveys with a goal of sending them out to backers by next Wednesday. Once surveys are completed, Digital Rewards will be automatically distributed via BackerKit.
We'll be sure to post an Update next week when surveys go out. Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding as we worked to get this book finished! We truly cannot wait for you to read it :)
